Right of withdrawal & returns
You have 14 days by law to change your mind. We give you 30. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Withdrawal period
You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day you (or a third party you designated) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
2. How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to hello@shopbalu.com — an email is enough — or use the model form below. Sending the notice before the deadline expires is sufficient.
3. Model withdrawal form
To BALÛ, [Street and number], [Postcode] [City], Luxembourg, hello@shopbalu.com:
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [product] — ordered on [date] / received on [date] — name of consumer: [name] — address of consumer: [address] — order number: [number] — date: [date].
4. Returning the goods
Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or wrongly sent.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. For hygiene reasons socks and intimate items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
5. Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the same payment method you used, at no fee for you.

Prefer another colour or size? Email us and we will reserve it while your return is on its way.
